How long will it take to repair my vehicle? +
Timing varies based on the damage, insurance approval and parts availability. Once the estimate is approved, replacement parts generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Parts that can be repaired and refinished typically require 3 to 4 days. Under normal conditions, the repair may be completed in approximately 7 business days from authorization and parts availability. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will keep you informed.
How long does insurance approval take? +
Response times vary by insurance company. When the vehicle arrives, we begin the calls and documentation the same day. The insurer then assigns an adjuster and schedules an in-person inspection. Some companies respond within a few days, while others may take several weeks. Although that timing is outside the shop's control, we follow up consistently to help move the process forward.
Will it be noticeable that my vehicle was repaired? +
Our goal is to restore the vehicle's original appearance and finish. When selected by the customer, we use original parts and high-quality paint, carefully matching color and texture. If the budget is limited, we can discuss alternative parts to reduce the cost, explain the differences beforehand and pursue the best possible result within that budget.
Can you help with my deductible? +
Depending on the repair and claim, deductible waiver or assistance may be available. We review each case individually.
Do you work with insurance companies? +
Yes. We can document the damage and help you understand the repair process. You retain the right to choose your repair facility.
Can I choose my own body shop? +
Generally, vehicle owners can choose their repair facility. Contact your insurer about the specific terms of your claim.
What should I send for an assessment? +
Send your contact information, vehicle year/make/model, claim status, a short description and clear photos of the visible damage.
Do I need an appointment? +
Calling or submitting your information first helps the team prepare and confirm the best time for an inspection.
Do you repair serious structural damage? +
Yes. The shop can evaluate significant collision damage and has frame-machine capability for structural correction when appropriate.
